I am trying to find some research that demonstrates how eportfolios actually affect learning outcomes in students. Would you be able to point me to one or two studies in this area? I am having trouble finding anything about this.

We have been involved in a study over the past 3 years through the NCEPR, involving Accounting students at the University of Waterloo.  Through reviewing student reflections, longtitudinally, we are trying to determine if their is a deeper level of student learning.  Our research is ongoing.  We hope to have a report completed within the first 6 months of 2009.
